Such a warm welcome received, a stunning room - super size for our family of 4 and a lovely birthday card, balloon and chocolates for our son whose 9th birthday it was the day we checked in. "Yes but there was long queues for tea and coffee but also it was at peak times. Perhaps have a separate tea station and also drip filter coffee too "
