"Mr William is an excellent host. He provides everything you might need in terms of bathroom and kitchen amenities. The premises are very clean. He changes door codes after every guest and I felt safe."
"Really nice people, let me check out late for free , not the cleanest and my daughter calls it the buggy hotel but you get what you pay for and it was cheap and I loved how kind the staff was and how they were so kind and considerate and helpful "
"Evan was amazing.
Breakfast was 5 star.
The rooms were classically dec I rated and the house oozes with character, charm and history.
We already booked another stay"

"Other than the carpet, the room was clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and outdated and smelled like old smoke. We never saw or heard anyone vacuum for 3 days. Breakfast is basically a choice of 2 snacks, coffee and juice. It was okay for a quick stop but its definitely not for long term or a vacation. I would go back if nothing else was available but it wouldn't be my first choice. "

"Very clean house and nice proprietor. A small breakfast of coffee and pastry is even provided, which is very sweet. Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. If you are arriving late, that is something you should flag since alternative arrangements might be needed. (2) each room gets its own bathroom, but the room and bathroom are not connected (so you’ll have to walk through a common hallway to get to the bathroom). "
Cozy spacious bedroom with queen bed, only half mile to Rt.95, exclusive bath
10/10 Excellent
"Great place to stay in New London. The location was very clean and includes a parking spot. William (Property Host) was extremely nice and gave great suggestions on things to do in the area and provided plenty of water and even Croissants/Muffins! Would definitely stay here again if I am back in town. 10/10"
