Great room comfortable bed. Price was real nice for the cost of other places in town. Breakfast was a good. Only complaint is the pool and hot tub was down for maintenance.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Very clean and beds were great. Not well maintained lots of items needing repaired
Other than the pool being closed for maintenance, this was one of the nicest hotels I stayed at. Camron (from desk) is the nicest and most friendly person in the city. The handicap rooms are very well set up to accommodate physical problems. Breakfast was on time. Had help with my luggage. I will stay there again. Easy to get to anywhere you want to go in the city.
This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Prices are very reasonable. The pet fee was super cheap;$30 for the entire stay instead of $30 a night. Will definitely make Country Inn and Suites my go to hotel.
Spacious Room, Wonderful Staff, but Too Many Issues
We found the room spacious and quiet and had a comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond.
Unfortunately, the motel was dark, outdated, and didn’t feel as clean as it looked. Our key card repeatedly failed, and we were finally told to lift the handle up to open it. The TV didn’t work properly, and maintenance never came to fix it as we were told they would. We had to change the TV input every time we turned it on. There was no hair dryer, alarm clock, or USB port, and the room phone didn’t work. This made for MANY trips down to the front desk. The door wouldn’t always close on its own, we had to always check it and give it an extra pull.
The shower was slippery with no nonslip grips, and both my husband and I nearly fell. We had to request a bathmat for our second night. The elevator was loud and rough, adding to our concerns.
Breakfast both mornings was disappointing. The food was barely warm, and the scrambled eggs were rubbery. We were also surprised to see staff serving themselves and eating alongside guests.
We had booked three nights but canceled the last one and headed home early.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were kind and accommodating throughout our frustrating stay. However, friendly service cannot make up for so many problems with maintenance, amenities, safety, and the overall condition of the property.
