Great stay for family and friend get together

This home was perfect for our large end of summer family and friends get together. Plenty of room for us to be together when desired and to branch off into other areas in the home for smaller groups. We would definitely stay here again for our annual trip next year.

Bear Lake

It was a perfect location for our family to be together to remember our mother and grandmother. Being able to stay in the same house made it easier for us. The house was just as described and nothing was missing.

Great family stay

This property was a lovely home. It was close enough to a beach that we could walk. The access to the pool house was nice. They had plenty of space for our party of 24. The kitchen was well equipped and there was also enough parking space for everyone. We enjoyed the firepit and had a great weekend.

Best stay ever!

This house was so perfect for our family! We had 7 family’s stay with us and we all fit perfectly in this house. It’s close to the lake, has an amazing yard and amenities! Would def recommend and am looking forward to going back! The homeowner was very accommodating to all of my many questions before the trip and got back to me right away everytime. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for Family Reunion

Beautiful clean home with large bedrooms and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Access to Legacy Beach was a huge bonus so we didn't have to use the public beach 20 minutes away. Host was very helpful and quick to answer questions. Minor issues: propane tank was empty for grill and some patio furniture was unusable.

Awesome location

We had a large family reunion with 23 people. There was more than enough room for all of us. We had a blast. The water was close. Everything was close we could walk to the water we could walk to the pool we could walk to the pickle ball courts it was just the ideal location. The house was exactly how they said it would be. It was a wonderful experience and we really appreciate it. We look forward to coming back again.

30th Birthday Weekend

The house is very large and spacious. The house came with many chairs and a foldable table which we set up by the firepit in the backyard. The flat top grill was great for cooking burgers and hot dogs en masse. There was a PS4 which allowed us to stream subscription services. The pantry was full of cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc, which made it easy to cook our own meals. Would recommend. The hot tub at the club house across the street was under maintenance, but the hosts were responsive and agreed to reimburse us appropriately.

Grandpa's surprise birthday party

Such a great place to call home for a few days. All of the grown children and their children were there. This home was great to accommodate everyone. The great room was large enough to prepare food and everyone had a place to eat because of the convenient deck. The backyard and firepit helped with the fun. Perhaps the only drawback was crossing the busy road to get to the private beach. Angela quickly responded to any and all questions. She was helpful and kind.

Bear Lake 2024

Good location, clean and comfortable. Close access to Bear Lake but surprised we had to get across highway to access beach and amenities. Pictures didn’t suggest that issue. Would have liked pillowcases available for the extra pillows and small bars of handsoap for the bathroom shower/tubs. No power cord available for main TV to access Direct TV. Tracer grill did not work.

Great place

This home is a great location. Close to gas stations, grocery stores, hardware stores, food and of course the lake. The home was clean and stocked with a lot of kitchen supplies. If you are wondering if they have it, I would ask. Chances are they do. Towels, bedding, pillows, hand towels, dish soap, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and some beach towels. We had a great time. We stayed over Christmas with all of my children and grandchildren. All the adults and their children had a bed. Plenty of space for all of us. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for such a great home and place to stay.

Lovely accomodations

The house was clean and smelled so good. Having so many bedrooms was awesome and full of all the essential bedding. The kitchen equipment was great. They had everything from a cutting board to pots and pans. Plenty of dinnerware; it was so nice. We enjoyed the grill too. One thing that we missed some how was that the hot tub is not on site. It is about a two block walk to the hot tub. It would have been nice if that was more clear. Another thing we noticed was the lack of body wash and shampoo in the showers. Not a deal breaker just inconvenient . Overall it was a great location and accomodations. We will use this place again use it in the future.

Perfect place for family reunions and ports.

The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures very beautiful and clean place to stay we enjoy going to the pool and had fun enjoying the back yard for a little competition of tug of war i give this place a 5 star review i feel so happy that everyone that i came here with was so happy and not even a complaint on my family's side beautiful place couldn't gone wrong with my husband's 50th birthday celebration. There was just 1 complaint against us i do apologize it was after 11 at night we were having fun but when i new of this complaint i communicated to my family and the rest of our trip was fun, i do see myself coming back and i do recommend you this place very spacious and clean and close to the market place hope you stay and make many family fun memories like i did. Angela the host would always text me back or answer my call when i had a question, very polite i just left but im thinking of coming back next year.

50th Wedding Anniversary

We surprised our parents with a 50th Wedding Anniversary reunion in Bear Lake. We booked this location for the 32 members of our family. Overall, it was a great place for our family to stay and all be together. Pros: A good variety of bedroom options, Large spaces for gathering, provided extra table & chairs on the property, property manager communicated quickly when little problems arose, most small appliances provided, great division of space so sound didn't get too overwhelming, large outdoor area to be used for anything, lots of parking spaces, most of the house was in great condition, Legacy pool/hot tub was great for the family to use, great location in regards to main street. Cons: Private Legacy Beach was great for swimming but not great for exercise, private beach or clubhouse use, Basement bedding wasn't fully cleaned, Basement bath wasn't fully cleaned, Bad smell coming from the downstairs laundry and could also smell it in the drains throughout the house, basement tub didn't drain, Several furniture pieces were broken (kitchen stool, outdoor furniture), Master bath left a lot to be desired (hard to get into shower/bath combo, one sink, narrow)

Pros and Cons

Loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. Disappointed in the beach. Pictures make the beach look much nicer than it actually is. Unfortunately the swimming pool was also very dirty when we arrived. Thankfully someone did clean it the following day. We also had some issues with some of the amenities that were listed with the property. The pickleball court was never made available to us, and the splash pad never worked for the duration of our stay. Both of these amenities weighed heavily on our decision to book this property. I reached out to Angela twice regarding the issue with the pickleball court and also the splash pad, and was disappointed in her response. I would think that as a property manager it's your responsibility to take some initiative and look into the problem to try and get things working properly, but that was not the case at all. If you are planning to book this property I would make sure that all of the amenities listed will be available to you.

Wonderful home!

This property was perfect for our large family of 34. The host was very responsive answering questions. The location was amazing. The yard and outdoor amenities were wonderful. The following are just suggestions and would not stop us from renting this home again. It really is a wonderful home. One of the bedroom smoke alarms was missing, with wires exposed. Some of the showers could use a little extra attention. Several shower curtains need to be changed, as they are very orange along the bottom section. Just a note : Basic soaps listed in the amenities include a soap bottle for each sink. No soaps or other toiletries are provided for the showers/ bathtubs. The binder at the house also shows that there are some beach towels available, although not one for every person. We could not find any beach towels, which was okay for us as we had brought our own. We were also short on bath towels. With two sets of washers and dryers, we were able to make do. The kitchen pantry is amazing. It was a little difficult to have only one oven. A double oven would have been nice, but we may do. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
