"The atmosphere at Sophy | Messler in the mornings is vastly different from the evenings. Sophy is a great hotel for an evening of posh and pampering in an immaculately prepared guest room. Messler’s Chicken and Waffles is the pinnacle of perfection! Though every in of the place is beautifully curated, the evenings in the lounge are a bit loud for my taste. Nevertheless, I would give my stay at Sophy and my dining experience at Messler’s a solid 10/10."

"This condo is an absolute gem! My husband and our friends were looking for a place to stay for the C2E2 convention at McCormick Center, and not only was this place the perfect location, but it is one of the most beautiful and cozy properties we have ever stayed at! The beds were so comfy we didn’t want to get up in the morning, it’s spacious and very private and the area was so quiet and peaceful! Beautiful kitchen and the place was stocked with everything we needed. The host was so incredibly welcoming and accommodating! Everyone was fighting over the massage chair haha! Plenty of parking right in front of the property too! We can’t wait to go back next year! "

"The room was really spotless. Really comfortable bed and the pillows are nice as well. Comes with microwave and fridge as well. However the shower head pressure was significantly weak. And the plugs for both nightstands didn't work. It would have been nice if there were a complimentary breakfast as well.But overall the room was really good. "

"Parking"

"Quaint and quiet for solo travelers. A pretty cozy stay but be very cautious of the refundable deposit. They’re not on it like your average hotel/airbnb so you will have to remind them via email. Their phone number isn’t the greatest, as it is hard to communicate to the staff, they don’t have a regular set of hours by the phone. Kitchen wasn’t used for my stay but it looked neat and clean, perfect for those who intend on staying longer. "

"We had a nice stay at this Chicago apartment. It was clean, exactly as described and spacious enough for our family of six. The little extras like towels on the beds with chocolates, complimentary starter toiletries, water bottles, Kcups for the coffee maker and snacks were a very nice touch! The host was helpful and took our call to explain parking and the entry code, which made check-in easy. The neighborhood is not far off the freeway, but we never felt unsafe. It’s about a 15-minute drive downtown (around a 30 Lyft to Millennium Park).Our only suggestions would be better bathroom mats and possibly adding a second deadbolt on the main entry door. Overall, we’d recommend it to groups looking for a clean place to stay close to downtown."
