"Our room was very good and had a nice view, but it was not the first room we were offered. There is a cafe where you can eat (instead of the restaurant) but we were not told about this. There were no instructions for using the WiFi - the strongest signal was one with our room number. This connected, but didn't work. After many calls to reception, we found out that we should have used the Paradore WiFi. We booked and paid Expedia. It took at least 20 minutes on check out to persuade...
