Roupas de cama limpíssimas, café da manhã muito bom!
Na primeira noite faltou energia por mais de 3 horas, sem gerador, sem água quente, caldeira não aquecia chuveiro. Hóspedes barulhentos no corredor, não respeitam o sossego de quem quer dormir. Tirando isso, estava tudo perfeito.

hotel em reforma e nao consegui estadia.
Não consegui a estadia porque o hotel se encontra em reformar e não tinha ninguém para nos atender. Tive de procurar outro estabelecimento para o pernoite.

No inverno não dá.
Sempre que vou à Garopaba fico neste hotel. Os funcionários são atenciosos, o café da manhã é bem servido e o quarto confortável. Entretanto, dessa vez estava muito frio e o AC não deu conta do recado. Eles informaram que em breve trocarão todos os ACs.

mudaram o nosso hotel, sem nenhuma explicação previa.
Ficamos perdidos na cidade e qdo o GPS nos indicou o local, o Hotel estava fechado.
Nos indicaram onde era o hotel onde ficaríamos remanejados, mas tivemos que ir por conta propria e se perdendo ainda mais na cidade.
