"This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The lady who runs this is absolutely wonderful (as well as her pet goat and dogs). She even makes a lovely homemade breakfast, by request, for only 6€ a person. In the morning, we could smell her homemade bread baking. The suite we stayed in had a full kitchen, a super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a view of the hills. The property is very quiet and located in such a peaceful area. If we ever go back to Portugal, we are staying at this ranch again. "

They were incredibly gracious and generous with their time, offering genuine hospitality and sharing the story of how they built the hotel. As we’re considering a move to Portugal ourselves, their insight into the process — the challenges, the rewards, and the local culture — was incredibly helpful and deeply appreciated. Ziv was always ready with great suggestions and recommendations for the area This is more than just a place to stay. It’s an experience. We left feeling inspired, well-fed, and extremely grateful. We can’t recommend it enough."
