"Good hotel overall. However, for a 40 room hotel, they really need to have someone at the reception 24/7 because after 11 pm there is nobody there to open doors or support guests in case of emergencies. There is an emergency number but that is not always useful for travellers who don’t have local calling."

"Staff was not helpful at all (uncaring, formal, bare necessities). Breakfast buffet was good but again customer service was lacking. Room okay. Bed okay. Shower (tiny) wasn’t working. Wouldn’t stay again. Don’t recommend."

"Amazing stay"

"The wifi was non existent. I tried to tell the front staff and they were not receptive and leaving shortly, at 9pm! The walls were full of huge black streaks. The bedding was full of piles - obviously they wash their sheets with their towels I am guessing. The mattresses were terrible as were the pillows. The pillows were so very sad. The only salvation was the breakfast staff - super awesome! I have to say I thought I would have had the chance to express my concerns the next morning; however,...
