As the owners, we personally manage Bella Vista Lodge. We focus on quality and detail, ensuring a level of care and service that large property management companies can't match. We own and manage only a handful of cabins, allowing us to dedicate time and attention to each one. Bella Vista sits on nearly 1 acre of flat, level land, offering incredibly rare and ample outdoor space in downtown Gatlinburg. Most cabins in the area have little to no outdoor yard space, or are positioned on steep inclines, Bella Vista is not like that. The paved driveway provides easy access and ample parking for multiple vehicle sizes and trailers.

Bella Vista Lodge offers a unique combination of stunning views, spacious comfort, and exceptional service, making it an ideal destination for creating unforgettable memories. Sleeps Up to 14 Guests: Bella Vista Lodge features four king bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus two queen sofa beds and two high-quality roll-out beds. This spacious setup is perfect for large gatherings.

Two (2) King Bedrooms are located on this level. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with a tub and shower. The main master bedroom on this level has a tile "walk in" shower and a bubble jet jacuzzi style tub. One sleeper sofa is located in the living room on level 1. This is the main entry level where your main mountain view window will greet you.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to two dogs. Additional dogs may be approved with prior approval. Please ensure dogs are crated / kenneled when unsupervised inside the cabin. We do provide a single dog kennel on site. It is approximately 36 x 24 x 24 inches and stays folded away in a closet for guest use.

For your safety, we have outdoor surveillance cameras actively recording the grounds, parking areas, and main entrance. These cameras do not intrude on private areas such as hot tubs and are used solely for property security.
