Suite style condominium unit located in downtown Gatlinburg and within walking distance to pretty much everything in the downtown area including the Convention Center, Ripley's Aquarium, Ober Gatlinburg's downtown tramway terminal, hundreds of restaurants, bars, museums, shopping venues and other attractions. Free Parking. Park and walk to everything the downtown area has to offer. Wi Fi and full cable. Kitchenette for lite meals. Whirlpool Tub in master. Living area has a gas fireplace to cozy up to on those cooler mountain nights and days. If you don't want to walk you can catch the Gatlinburg Trolley at the Trolley stop just down from the building entrance. Unit has private balcony overlooking the seasonal swimming pool and has a pretty mountain view.

Why pay to stay in a standard motel room when you can a little extra space for spreading out? Plus you get a kitchenette for preparing light meals which will save you even more money.

Laurel Inn is a professionally managed condominium community with only 61 units. The pool is never too crowded to enjoy.

Unit is professionally cleaned after each guest departs. We provide all linens and towels plus soaps, shampoo, paper towels and paper products for your stay.

Overall very satisfied. Whoever cleans the rental could do a much better job on the floors. We had an issue getting the drain plug to seal on the hot tub. Leaked enough that we ran out of hot water trying to keep it full.Definitely wildlife fun. Day we were checking out we set our trash down to load our car. Within five minutes this big guy (see pic) got into it!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Laurel Inn. The place is about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and was well lit. The jacuzzi tub is fantastic.

Vacation anniversary

It was a great place to visit if you can do alot of walking and hills. It was not a great fit for me since i have bad knees. Bring lots of money and alot lots of patience.

Really Nice Place

Host communicated very well. The condo was clean and comfortable and quiet. The walk down to the main road wasn’t bad at all. Really convenient spot to stay.

Nice place

The condo was clean and the location excellent. The only cons were the advertising. The pool was NOT heated,and with temps to even in the 70s we could not swim. Also, it advertises a grill. NOT! There is an ancient metal pole with a rusted grate on top of a charcole box. These could be found in national park picnic areas in the 70s. AND it was out at the end of the parking lot, not in afenced in area. We saw a bear 2 days in a row in this same parking lot. Not grilling even a marshmellow there!

Small for Tall, Super Quiet, Extra Quick Access, Remodeling, & Ultra Relaxing, 12 of 10

This was a small location for my nearly 7 ft tall friend. Oops my bad. This location seemed to be in the middle of being remodeled. From the time of booking to the time of arrival the pictures had been changing as they went along. One thing I strongly hope they do is remount the TV in the bedroom to be on a strong swivel mount or a mirror over headboard so you can enjoy it from the super deep tub and balcony during morning coffee. This is a Super Quick walk to the Convention Center and Downtown Strip. Which I made 6-8 trips a day during our trip. The Elevator and stairways could use some better labeling *not the condo owners fault. First floor (100's) leads straight out the elevator to both the pool and another stairway that leads you down to the outside wood steps. This stairway is where you will need the back door code. Ground floor (200's) is for the parking lot but there is a set of concrete stairway if you happen to get off the wrong floor or can't get into the back door stairway that goes around the building. Despite how busy our trip was it was ultra relaxing to know that at the end of the night you can get in the big tub and just unwind. Unfortunately this is not available during my trip for May. But it does look to be open for when we possibly might be back in October or November. Depending on which of my vacation weeks gets approved. Fingers crossed it's still available by then as I would rate this condo 12 out of 10 in my book. updating as progres . Even

Home away from home

The location was perfect, you can capture views of downtown and while seeing mountain views from the front and back of the property grounds. Nice size parking lot and all spaces are a short walking distance to the rooms. I love that they provided us with more than enough bathroom towels. The kitchenette was nice ample room for the 2 of us. Living room was a great size was cozy with a sectional and a fireplace which we loved. I did rate cleaniness at 4 star, because, i did notice dust on the headboard and dust bunnies under the living room side table. We understand the turn around on the rooms is in 4 hours or less plus you may have multiple rooms to get done before the next guests arrive. This wont stop us from renting a condo at Laurel Inn again, as we are already talking about our next trip.Laurel Inn is definitely a hidden Gem

Clean, safe, and PERFECT location

The place was very clean and welcoming. It was walkable to the downtown, and complex was super quiet. After a long day hiking the jacuzzi was a great way to end. 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains National Park! Highly recommend!
