Location was perfect I was able to walk from the hotel to Main Street in 5min without moving my car (reason I picked this hotel) breakfast was good with variety every day, staff was very friendly and helpful and TV has many options for kids. Keep in mind this is an updated hotel, is not new, I was able to heard my neighbors but a set the fan on the AC to reduce noise and room was little humid but is the season for it (April)

My son & I had a great stay during his spring break from college. Right off the strip so no driving needed in town. The staff & hotel conditions/amenities we were very pleased with. The breakfast each morning was well prepared with plenty of good options. No doubt we will stay here again when traveling back to Gatlinburg.

Very close to lots of attractions. The pool room is dark and kind of cold. The pool was semi-warm. The exterior of the building could use some upkeep but the front was nice. Very few parking spaces. Rooms were comfortable and kept very clean. Housekeeping was timely and did a great job. The breakfast was basic but good.

Our room was clean. It seemed to be somewhat newly updated but the bathroom fixtures were thrown together and badly needed work. The beds kind of sucked. We watched all the outdoor light fixtures constantly flicker. The location and price was great! Easy parking and walk to main attractions.

Cozy hotel, good breakfast! Clean and quiet. Most is that you can walk to almost all parks less then 5 mins walk. Dining and stores around, travel with family and can’t wait to go back!
