It was a very nice stay. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is short walk to Main Street. The mama bear and her cubs outside in the tree was super cool and scary at same time! Police kept everyone back and safe.

Very nice property. Really clean and welcoming. Sitting up on a hill just a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Showing your name welcoming you on the room TV is a nice touch. All facility amenities looked nice but did not use. Great glass and tile shower. Would stay again.
