Spend New Year's week in the Smokies and enjoy awesome Christmas lights and spectacular shows.

Situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and adjacent to the Smoky Mountain National Park, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa is a beautiful resort that offers the peace and quiet of a mountain resort get-a-way while placing you minutes away from local activities, shows, and attractions. Discounted tickets are available through the resort.

This beautiful one bedroom premier unit accommodates 4 people. It has a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, jacuzzi, free in room Wi-Fi, and private balcony. There is an elevator for those not wanting to use stairs.

Onsite you will find a small convenience store, bar, restaurant, snack bar, arcade, fitness center, playground, miniature golf, spa, 3 outside heated pools, hot tubs and other activities. As a guest, you can enjoy Wild Bear Falls, a heated, indoor water park featuring a lazy river, water slides and hot tubs. 4 tickets are included with the rental and are good for the entire week. There are numerous daily scheduled activities for all ages including Mountain Top Adventure Park. Free transportation is provided within the resort.

The resort is located on the trolley line allowing you to travel to Gatlinburg for free. No need to find a parking space or pay lot rental fees.

This unit is ONLY AVAILABLE FROM Saturday Dec 27 to Saturday Jan 3, 2026. Rent includes resort fees and free water park passes for all week. There is NO sales pitch required.

Dogs are permitted except aggressive breeds. There is a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $150 refundable damage deposit. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit with a combined weight under 60 pounds. Pet fees are payable directly to the resort at check-in and are not included in the rent.

Once total payment is received, I will contact the resort to let them know you will be checking in as my guest. I will need to give the resort your name, address, e-mail, & phone number.

We highly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed.

Great property! We had all the privacy we wanted! Our 9yo dog really appreciated the quiet while we were away. Views were amazing of the mountains and we loved being st the top of the mountain! Had a great time!

Enjoyed the complex

Loved the property and complex. We took advantage of Westgate Property for rest and relaxation. Enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool and fire pit areas. It was extremely crowed the week after Christmas. Enjoyed seeing the lights when we could get around.

Perfect Location!!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 to getaway between Christmas and New Years! The description and pictures are accurate, and the hosts answered all of our questions and even provided some tips on how to avoid some of the traffic and congestion in the area. It was great to be able to see the New Years fireworks in Pigeon Forge from the deck and most of the popular attractions are only 5-15min away! Our kids loved the included waterpark passes as well as the heated outdoor pool and hot tub that was a short walk from the condo. We would definitely recommend this place!!

Overall the property was very nice and would stay there again. The check in process did take 2 hours, but that was due to weather and the number of people checking in on a holiday week.
