My group enjoyed the cabin during our stay. It was in a great location near downtown Gatlinburg. The pictures were accurate in the description and the check-in/check-out process was simple. We will definitely stay again when we travel to the area.

We loved the area the house was located it was close to lots of things, molly the host was great at replying to the only issue we had which was the wifi, but we definitely will look into this home if or when we visit gatlinburg again.

Great Location

This cabin was a great location for our trip to Gatlinburg. It feels tucked away from the bustle of the city but it is right around the corner. The cabin has all the necessities for a comfortable stay and a beautiful view! We had a great vacation!

Two families stayed in the cabin. It was the perfect layout and space for everyone to be comfortable. Loved that each bedroom had its own bath! We enjoyed the hot tub and did see a bear on our first night!

Great Views and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation Gatlinburg. One of the many reasons was the "Point of View" accommodations. The view from the back balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying an early morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The rooms were large and each had it's own bathroom was perfect for our three families and granddaughter. The communication with the property manager before and during our stay was excellent. We had 1 minor issue that was resolved very quickly. All communication prior was answered quickly and answered all questions we had prior to our stay This is a place we would return thanks to many factors.

Lots of peivacy

With 4 master suites, everyone had plenty of privacy. The living area & deck were great places to gather. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, grilling, & making large meals. View was amazing. We saw several bears prowling for trash in the neighborhood - unfortunately they are getting desensitized to humans. Keep your car doors locked & DO NOT feed them. They will be euthanized if they are ever deemed aggressive.

Fun Vacation

The location was great. Just a few items needed. There were no kitchen towels or did rags. No baking sheets to use oven to cook. We love wildlife but only had 2 trash cans full after 2 days and we had raccoons 3 nights for several hours getting in trash. We had a lot of fun though and would go back to that cabin again. Very relaxing!

Very nice home, as pictured. Loved the large bedrooms with own bathrooms. Great location, 10 minutes to tourist area of Gatlinburg. Grocery store and restaurants within minutes and without having to go into busy area of Gatlinburg. Had a minor issue when checking in. I contacted the owner, she responded within minutes and had someone out to the home to correct the problem within 1 hour of my contact. Very responsive owner who immediately fixed the situation and offered a resolution. Many nice homes in area but this owner was exceptional to work with. Would definitely rent again.

50 is Fabolous!!!

This cabin was amazing. It had everything and more. It was far more than what is expressed in the details I wouldn't change a single thing about this cabin except for one thing there's not a single full-length mirror in any of the bedrooms. That would be the only thing that I would love to see would be a full-length mirror. The beds were comfortable it was spotless when we got there.The cabin was not hard to find at all. The road to the cabin wasn't all that bad it's a little windy a little narrow but not too bad overall. This was an amazing way to spend the weekend with friends and family to celebrate my 50th birthday which is March the 5th

This cabin is just as described however the pools on the property are not kept up. Phase 1 pools water feature was not operational or kept up. It was filled with algae from not having water running. Phase 2 pool was clean but the deck around the pool needs to be refinished. For what you pay to rent the cabins, the pools should be better maintained. The views from the cabin are exactly as shown in the pictures. There could have been more soaps for the showers and there was no laundry detergent as described. Not a big deal we just picked some up from the store, but just something that was stated as being provided and was not there. There was no garbage can for one of the master bathrooms, so that was a bit inconvenient but not a major deal. The same bedroom had a broken ceiling fan, but after notifying the owners, she offered to have maintenance come out and fix it or look at it. The owners were very quick to respond when messaging about our rental or any questions we had. I would definitely rent again, probably not this specific location, but that is more because of my families preferences and had nothing to do with the actual property. If you like private and secluded properties up in the mountains, this will definitely meet your expectations.

Overflowing Trash! No removal!

Sometimes the simple things can ruin a vacation! Trash ruined ours! 9 of us stayed in this home for 6 days & there were only 2 SMALL garbage cans. They were stored on the balcony & they were full after 3 days. I emailed the owner about it Sunday (didn't have a phone #). She said they would be emptied Monday morning. I emailed her again Monday afternoon informing her the trash was still there. She replied saying she'd make sure it was taken care of. It never was. The trash got STINKY! It was on the balcony where we sat enjoying the views of the Smokies. The trash in the house was overflowing too & we didn't have anywhere to put it. We didn't know what to do, but couldn't stand the stench any longer. We moved the trash cans to the front porch Monday night. We knew we were taking a chance (BEAR country), but had no other options. Noone ever came to get the trash UNTIL we were preparing to leave Friday morning. A BIG BLACK BEAR came & helped himself! He carried 1 bag to the wooded area across the street & gorged on it, then came back for a second one. I was shaken & afraid to pack our vehicle to go home. While the bear sat there, my husband backed our SUV to the edge of the stairway & we quickly threw our stuff in it to escape. Horrible way to end a vacation & quite frankly, the whole trash problem put a negative spin on our entire trip. I would not recommend renting from this owner. She cares only about 5 star reviews (it's suggested everywhere), but didn't earn 1!
