Cabin was amazing when it comes to location, a ten minute walk to the strip. Beautiful river right on property. Everything we needed inside the cabin, we had a great time!
I rated the winery experience a 1 because there was no winery. Host was very prompt and provided very nice kitchen amenities. The cabin was very authentic and cozy and the location was wonderful. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Screened in porch was nice and the creek was a super bonus.
We checked in everything, which was very easy do without having to do a lot of extra travel with traffic, everything was exactly as it was explained in the listing. Very accessible to Downtown Gatlinburg
This summer my boys and I stayed at this cute little cabin for 2 nights. It was perfect for us. Location was super convenient- a little hidden - and when we checked in we saw 2 bears walking right beside the cabin! We definitely stay here again!
I am so glad we found this place! It is walking distance to everything Gatlinburg and the setting is so unique! Right at a stream, good sized yard for the dogs, great Thai restaurant nextdoor. The owners are wonderful to work with as well. Will book again for sure!
This cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway, it is quaint, clean & close to downtown. We walked everywhere and avoided the traffic. We travelled with our golden retriever and the house was perfect including a dog crate already set up so we didn’t have to haul ours out of the car. The town is very dog friendly too, lots of restaurants will allow dogs even on the rooftop bars. We will definitely visit again and stay at this beautiful cabin!
Cabin was clean and very cozy. The shower was very relaxing after a long day of exploring Great Smoky National Park. We enjoyed walking to downtown Gatlinburg for meals. I would definitely stay there again. Though no fault of the property owners it's a little tricky to find at first.

This is a great quiet cabin that’s in the middle of the action but feels secluded. We really liked the historic feel of the cabin. And I loved the comfy Ugg blankets :)
We saw bears along the river every night we were there. It was great bear watching from the screened in porch.
We loved staying in the cabin. It was clean and was only a 10 minute walk to anakeesta. Our dogs enjoyed it too. We appreciated having a cage there so we didn’t have to bring ours. The location is private which is nice and it’s not too secluded as there are hotels close by, which is also nice. It is true that you do need to keep your doors and car doors locked because we saw a bear two different days. They didn’t bother us as we were inside looking out the window. We really enjoyed the sounds of the nearby creek and the swing beside the creek. We would definitely come back again.
Our long weekend trip to Gatlinburg was so our daughter could experince her first Christmas parade at the Gatlingburg Christmas parade. I wanted something that was walking distance to the main strip where the parade travels. The location was perfect for this and for our family of 3 and our pups to make some wonderful Christmas memories!
Great location on the creek and close to downtown! Love the screened in porch for the fur babies. The only thing that i wish it had was somewhere to put your clothes(no closets or chest of drawers) and a shelf of some kind in the shower. But it wasnt a big deal, we made the best of it. We would definitely stay again!
My family stayed here for the Labor Day weekend and we had such a nice stay. There was a slight issue at one point and the staff made it right very very quickly! There is construction going on nearby so if that bothers you, maybe wait a bit after Labor Day. It looked like it would be a cute restaurant soon. The screened in porch is great for hanging out and enjoying the creek sounds and maybe a couple of bears coming by.
Lovely cabin walking distance to downtown and close to park
My mom and I had a mother- daughter weekend to see Smoky Mountain NP. The location was a super quick drive down the main strip in Gatlinburg into the park. In the evenings we could walk a short ways to all the restaurants and stores, instead of paying for parking.
Cabin is on a decent spot of land beside a creek. It’s peaceful to hear. A Thai restaurant is in front of the cabin - a quiet neighbor that makes for a quick dinner after a long day of hikes.
Some other hotels and things have grown up around the cabin, but it’s a great size and location. It was perfect for us!

Close to Downtown,
I will start by saying this was a very quick walk to Gatlinburg. However, it was not quiet, as it was behind 2 condo buildings and right next to a restaraunt with bright lights and music playing all night. Additionally all 3 nights we stayed, the garbage truck came at 3 AM waking us up.
The cabin was a good size for 1 people and the kitchen had what we needed. While the main areas were clean, there was a good amount of dust on the blinds, with cobwebs around the windows and corners.
Again, convenient location but be aware that it’s not “serene” or “private” as the photos make it look.
Overall the cabin was great. It's truly a 120 year old rustic cabin, so if you're expecting a cabin-'themed' place instead then you may be disappointed. The kitchen and bath were very modern, and the shower was huge! The location was good and easy to access. Loved the creek that ran beside it and the Bhat Thai restaurant was literally a 100 foot walk.
The property owners were great! They responded very promptly to an issue we had and took care of it right away and to our full satisfaction.
The only negative was the trash truck emptying the commercial garbage bins of the surrounding hotels at 3:00 am! It was hard getting sleep through all that but certainly no fault of the property itself.

Cute little cottage
The cottage was really cute, clean, secluded and the little River out front is great. The only bad part about this cute little cabin is the road to get to it, you have to drive behind an apartment building that had all kinds of garbage piled up by the road:( - not the fault of the cabin property owner. It’s a short walk to downtown, it’s uphill coming back:). It has 2 window units, one upstairs and one downstairs. The one upstairs works great to keep the upstairs cool. The one downstairs only keeps the living area cool, the bedroom was warm (for us) at night. The property management company was very responsive and answered my questions quickly. Would book with them again.
The cabin is very clean which is a high priority for me. We had our children and our dog, and it was perfect for our family. Everything you need is provided and there is all types of communication within the cabin to help you should you need assistance (reminders about check out, emergency phone numbers etc.).
Check in and out was all via phone and super easy. The cabin is a short walk to all of the Gatlinburg tourist sights. This worked great for us. If you are looking for true seclusion this might not be the place as it is a little oasis surrounded by motels, homes a sweet stream and a stand alone restaurant (Thai- which was quite good). There was no noise from these establishments, however if you want to sit outside and only see nature that was not the case. The location feels safe and during summer it probably feels more secluded due to the trees being full. We stayed here is early spring so the trees were bare.
I would recommend this cabin for cleanliness, close location to desired tourist sites, and it’s charm.
Oh and the screened in porch is wonderful. You can hear the stream and read a book and relax.
The cabin was very clean and close to town. Beds were comfortable and we loved the huge shower! The host was very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay.
