This was a pretty good stay. Bed was comfortable, ample parking, and in the middle of everything including Great Smoky Mountains natl park. The desk clerk was fantastic and explained routes to the park and specific places I wanted to go.

My wife and I absolutely loved it here. It was very clean and updated, the location was excellent, and the staff was outstanding to say the least. We kept talking about how great the property was, and how we definitely want to stay here again. We truly cannot state how much we enjoyed our stay.

The Gillette was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed that you could easily walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg. The best part was the price as we saved over $1000 from where we normally stay. We will definitely be back.

I can’t say enough about the staff at the Gillette and how amazing they are! I specifically worked with Bo and Joann but everyone I talked to made me feel like family! They went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, cute and is conveniently located. I can’t wait to come back and visit!

This is a beautifully maintained hotel with very attentive, customer service oriented staff and clean, comfortable rooms. They constantly made sure we had everything we needed and were so friendly and helpful with any request. There was a nice patio area to sit on in the evenings, and it was so close to everything, just a couple of blocks from downtown Gatlinburg. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic privately owned spot!! Staff was great. You can tell everyone takes pride in the property. It was nicely decorated for fall while we were there. We loved the older architecture mixed with clean updated rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff, very clean room and great location. We go to Gatlinburg to hike in the park, walking the strip is not our main goal. However, this property is a short walk down to the strip but far enough away that we didn’t hear all of the noise from the strip. I’ve been visiting Gatlinburg for 35 years and this was the first time I’ve stayed at The Gillette, it will not be the last.

We came for the conference next door and absolutely loved how clean, nice the staff was, convenient etc. the pool had enough chairs, and shade which is important. We will be staying there for the conference in 2027 and beyond. Thank you, all!!!
