"Amazing Hotel, where to start, the breakfast was amazing a wide variety of food to choose from. A games room for entertainment which included stuff like pool and darts. The pool was very clean and had a nice view and had sun chairs with umbrellas if you wanted to sit and take some sun. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful I really recommend this hotel in Cairo."

"The hotel, hotel room, and amenities are beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the couples massage that I had scheduled before our arrival. However, I had also reached out a month or two months in advance and asked them to decorate the room for our five-year anniversary, but they didn’t. Before spending a few nights in Cairo we stayed at the Hilton Resort and Spa in Luxor, and they set the bar high with swans made out of towels, hearts on the bed, and even gave us a heart-shaped cake for free. At Sofitel, we didn’t get anything and that was disappointing."

"Basic but perfectly good for the price, staff are lovely and friendly, rooms are big enough but beds are rock solid! It's on a lively noisy street so if you have a window it's noisy all night. 2 great seafood restaurants a couple of minutes walk away. Cheap sunglasses shops all in the area. Real downtown Cairo, I was a single 65 year old female, felt perfectly safe."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful. I arrived at 2am in the morning and messages them two hours before while I was on the plane and they organised a car to collect me. They were very kind and helped me with anything I needed from ordering cars, food, laundry, finding my way about. Mohammed was particularly helpful. The only downside was the WiFi in my room was not working but eventually they got someone to fix it. It's in the heart of downtown and easy access everywhere. The staff made the stay really special. 10/10 on that front!"
