The hotel is located in Gaziantep, close to downtown and other places. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. As a budget hotel it is one of the best options for this city.

This location is at the heart of Gaziantep and offers a central and convenient setting. Parking was awesome no issues. The facility is in need of maintenance, particularly the bathroom, which was not in acceptable condition during my visit.

Great location

The hotel is in a great location, close to a big mall and clise tonthe big market of Gaziantep. There are many good resturants arround the hotel. The hotel is quite and Clean.

It was our worst staying all staff mostly reception was unhelpful,disrespectful very slow on service need to ask same things several times they need to learn what is the meaning of Hospitality stands for I will not recommend or stay ever at this place there un positive energy destroyed our years of plans to have a great time in Gaziantep

Location good just few minutes city center Staff professional Thanks to the guy at reception he was usufull even I have problem with app Room clean ac and daily cleaning for my 3 nights stay Breakfast delicious and clean Recommend at all I give 10/10 They are not expensive for the offer they have Need to be prepared more for guests and to speak just a little English more that my advice to them All the best good luck

Narrow bed wasn’t comfortable.

The single bed was quite narrow more then single bed . I could never sleep well. I couldn’t turn in the beş White İ was sleeping. If someone have same problem as me must ask twice about single bed size.
This single bed was quite narrow than the normal size.

Disappointment

I stayed at Ibis Hotel on December 13th and 14th, and it was a complete disappointment. During my two-night stay, on Saturday evening around 9 PM, I returned to the hotel to rest, only to find a loud party taking place in the area below the hotel. Since I was staying on the 7th floor, I assumed the noise wouldn’t reach my room. However, to my dismay, the noise was so loud that it disturbed my sleep even on the 7th floor. I couldn't fall asleep until after 1 AM, when the party finally ended. The next morning, during checkout, I was informed by the reception that these parties are held every other Saturday. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone
