The unit features a light-filled open plan living and dining, kitchen with breakfast bar and a coffee machine, two sizeable bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, laundry and a beautiful courtyard.
The Space:
Located in Newtown, this unit is close to Geelong's CBD, Pakington St, GMHBA Stadium and offers a great base travellers exploring the Great Ocean Road.
The unit is comprised of two bedrooms housing up to four guests. Both bedrooms feature queen beds with fans and ample storage.
You'll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen. This includes a new fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer and blender. The studio even has a pod coffee machine to get you through any early mornings and a nice breakfast bar for your added comfort.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is beautifully styled and furnished for a comfortable stay. This includes enough seating for all four guests and a streaming service capable flat screen TV. This unit has one bathroom (with separate toilet) which has a shower and bath - making it the perfect place for families, couples and all kinds of travellers.
The unit also has a washing machine, heat pump dryer and clothesline that you can use free of charge during your stay.
Please note this unit has no garage access.

If you're looking to explore further down the Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road, Newtown is situated close to the freeway so you'll be at those beautiful beaches and surrounds in no time.

This unit is conveniently located, with a supermarket, cafes and pubs all within walking distance. Bus stops are close by, with Geelong's main train station less than 10 minutes away by car. Ample parking is also available within the visitor parking spot on the property, or outside the front on the quiet street.
