"The front desk staff was very rude and unfriendly. The restaurant staff was helpful, but not overly friendly. The bar staff was friendly, but not very attentive. The worst experience of this hotel was how dark the rooms were! No overhead lights! there were bedside lamps that weren't bright enough to even see the time on your phone. You had to have whatever you wanted to see directly under the light. Very inconvenient. However, the bathroom light was SO bright you could land planes! If you had to get up in the night to go in the bathroom, you would be blinded. Strangest lighting I have ever seen in a hotel room. I would not go back to this hotel!"

"Spacious room, easily accommodated family of 3. Great location - Hotel is 5 min walk from Grand Palace and other city landmarks. Everyone was courteous and gracious! "
