"The smell of the facility was horrible, our room was not cleaned, pillow case was not covered so it must not been cleaned. No new toilet paper papers was in the bathroom when we came in. Our toilet broke at night and we were just asked to use a pluming stick on our own as their maintenance person left for the day. I refuse to do it on my own and stuff did help to fix after all."

"Great location, cleanliness, and communication. Loved the hot tub after hiking. Would definitely stay again. Kitchen is well-supplied with utensils, appliances, and essential needs (salt, pepper, spices), but bring any condiments or other pantry essentials you will need. This location does not have many of these items that sometimes are provided or left by previous guests. Not a criticism, because I don't expect that such items will always be available, just an FYI for future guests. "
