Savoy Hotel Manila near Airport NAIA Terminal 3 MNL

10/10 Excellent

"Staffs were very polite, helpful and friendly, Dining services was great and there’s always varieties of good food especially for breakfast. Hotel Parking is manageable and always has a space to park. I just want to suggest that it would have been better if front desk staffs would give you information ahead of time during check in about things or events that are going to be held in the hotel itself. The price for the room was reasonable and worth it. Otherwise, my stay in the hotel was excellent! Till next time!!! Kudos!!!!"

Belmont Hotel Manila near NAIA Terminal 3 MNL

10/10 Excellent

"Every one was nice except for 1 staff who checked me in and tried to book me to the second floor where the smoking rooms were. Absolutely not. And then goes to offer me a bedroom with 2 single beds instead of 1 queen sized bed (which I originally booked on Expedia.) Against my better judgement, I asked if those 2 single beds could be put together, she said she will find out because some beds could, some couldn’t. It seemed to me she was telling me that all the rooms similar to that I booked for in advance were already full and she is just trying to compensate offering me something lower than what I paid for without trying hard enough to ensure that I get what I reserved for. Anyway, glad there was a room that fit my booking though I wish we wouldn’t have to be beating around the bush if it was available to begin with."
