Didn't pay attention that the room has only a fan but no air conditioner. Difficult to handle during hot summer days. It seems the hotel ordered a number of portable air conditioners (as of my departure), hopefully it helps.

When we arrived in the middle of the heatwave, having no AC was not ideal. After a long day, I took a shower to cool off and the soap dispenser was not working. They fixed it the next day but it should have been checked before check-in. The front desk provided fans and allowed you to drink 2 drinks from the minibar which was kind but rooms were still over 90 degrees. Constant sweating and no sleep at night. There were dirt piles throughout room and the bathroom showed a lot of mold, especially in the shower. We put fan in front of open window at night to try to help, which it did not. And the amount of noise outside, yelling, cars revving engines, glass breaking, music was ridiculous up until 4AM. So again, sleep was impossible. Location did not seem very safe but you could walk into Old Town and there were some nice restaurants nearby. This hotel was definitely not worth the price.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, room is small and smelly with no air conditioning and if you open the windows the street noise is deafening. The staff are rude and hostile. We ended up leaving the hotel and going to a nearby hotel to spend the night

Perfect location to all amenities- restaurants and transport hub. Staff were very attentive which made the stay pleasant especially the lovely breakfast on offer. Only issue was no air conditioning -only a fan… the room was extremely hot and unbearable to sleep, even leaving the windows opened the noise outside was really loud and was not able to sleep properly which impacted on the next few days tours organised!

The hotel was clean, near the train station, local restaurants and walking distance to anything we wanted to see. Breakfast included as per our request, and it was delicious. Staff were friendly and informative and we received a public transport pass during our stay which meant moving around on the train and boat taxis free and fun.
