The location to the train station after a very long journey from Australia was a blessing. It is also not to far from all the city of Genoa has to offer. The check in staff (2 in particular very helpful others not so helpful but pleasant) room was clean and comfortable and we booked the small room which was still bigger than most hotel rooms in Europe. Highly recommend a stay and €5 Aperol & Campari Spritz's also add up to a win here.

Super hotel located in the city center, good service and excellent breakfast. The hotel is located in front of the Genoa-Brignole station, furthermore many city buses leave in front of the hotel with which you can visit the whole city. In the nearby streets there are many restaurants or shops that sell pizza and focaccia. The Oriental Market is also nearby where you can shop or simply take great photos. I hope to go back.

If you're catching an early morning train, then this is the place to stay. Our rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is lovely. To be honest we were only here for 1 night so hardly enough time to interact with the staff. Everyone seemed professional and helpful. The suggestion of a restaurant by the concierge led us to a wonderful local restaurant. Our room was quite elegant and very comfortable.

The guest room had a bad smell. I heard water gurgling in the bathroom floor drain. The front desk staff was not friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was in a restaurant next door and not very good with staff that was not friendly or helpful. This was a bad hotel choice and would never recommend to anyone.
