Disliked: Communication
This was a real disaster. We booked the accommodation for a long weekend, but decided to arrive a day later. Despite paying for the entire booking we were told that arriving a day late is not impossible, and we would not be able to enter.. We thus had to book another accommodation and essentially payed twice..
