"Good breakfast menu, but for parking there was a fee charged with no responsibility for damages. Which doesn’t make sense. If we pay extra money for parking at the site they should have the security."

"We travel a lot and staff is courteous at hotels but not to the level of Victoria. She was so kind, so professional, so genuine and above all helpful I way she doesn’t know to this single mama. She made the stay impressionable and will always remember her. She truly enjoys her job and the people she helps at the counter. I hope everyone gets the chance to meet her and they will instantly have a smile and better stay because of her."

"NO HARDLY ANY SELECTION"

"Worst place ever! This is not a 3-star hotel; it’s a 1/2 star nightmare! Bed bugs! Ripped bedspreads! Stained sheets! Tripping hazards on stairs- screws and metal sticking up, mold visible on vents, our window wouldn’t close, chips in the paint, stained carpets and the room smelled moldy! The outside of the hotel is dark and there is no light. Took us three times driving around to find it. We ended up cancelling our booking with hotels.com and going next door to holiday inn express at midnight after driving four hours! They tried to get us to stay and told us themselves that the place was “just ok. Either you love it or hate it”. We asked for a refund but were told we couldn’t even check out until 1am when they did their “audit”. The guard told us the pictures on hotels.com and the internet are from 20 years ago!!!! Worst experience ever! Completely false advertising!!!!"
