Excellent location

I really enjoyed my stay there. Location is superb, close to a ton of food in the heart of the old town. Room was small, but exactly what I wanted. I really liked the free water dispensers too.

Penang getaway

Older hotel that's been refurbished. Comfortable room with just adequate bathroom and shower facilities. Well located in old part of town that is walkable to major attractions Chinatown, street food and restaurants.

Average Hotel with small rooms

Location of hotel was quite central with most sights within walking distance. The rooms were very small, the suite we stayed in was really a small room with a balcony, the only plus was the ceiling fan. Disappointed that the roof terrace was closed for maintenance. Breakfast was quite basic,it was ok but nothing like what was shown in the pictures.

This hotel is in need of renovation, very old. Our air-con was dripping water onto the floor. The wooden floor was sticky. Ants were in our room and we were on the top floor which was level 4. The hotel is near to the night market for food.

first impression sqashed by hotels.com

i tried to book in person first but got treated like trash by receptionist so i went to this page to find the room she said didnt exist.. thanks hotels.com Resturant in connection to the place was exelent and had exeptional service.

Not Recommend to Book

WiFi connection is terrible. Always log out and even if connected, signal is extremely week. Towels and floor mats are unclean. Noisy. Front desk staff are not helpful.
