Compact room but due to king bed so I didn't mind at all as rooms only to sleep. Hotel & room were clean, staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to easily walk to the sights around Georgetown & hopped in grab for those further out. Little noisy at night with music from somewhere outside but our didn't continue to late.

Comfortable bed, friendly reception. The only cons is the check in time, 3pm was a bit off. They should think about readjusting that rules.

The property has been recently renovated and the bedroom was of a good size and the hotel is within walking distance to the main touristic attractions in Penang. The room in each we stayed was in the left side of the hotel, and at 6.15 am in the morning we would wake up with the prayers at the mosque. Breakfast is continental style - you can order omelettes, scrambled eggs or fried eggs cooked to order, there's tea, coffee and orange juice available, a hot station with Asian style noodles and fried rice, sausages, toast and cereal.

Excellent location in terms of convenience to shops and food. Hotel staff is extremely polite and friendly. However, sound insulation is not the best both from hallway and next door. All in all, may consider depending on the price again.

Very upscale premium economy hotel. Brand new We stayed at Cyan Street rooms connecting. The staffs were very helpful and Mr Jasvin the Hotel Manager was such a lovely man. We had great breakfast daily served. Chef Shahrul was great. The Front office lady Alyssa was always with her smiling face when you walk in and out of the hotel. Location of the hotel is the best as its walking distance ro various tourist attraction. Nearby to the famous Red Garden night market and food street.

Read good reviews prior to booking this hotel. Our experience was far from it. Musty room smell that never went away. Frayed towel edges. Bed sheets stained even though they were fresh sheets. Shower had no hot water, had to notify reception to get it fixed. 2 toasters not enough during breakfast.

Thankfully I only book for 1 night as the room was really small and had a bad stain on the bedsheet and the wall had bad moldy water mark when the hotel is claimed as refurbished. The car park is super narrow and small which I have no idea how a car park is being created that way.
