Reasonably priced and clean. Handy to beach,transport and eating options. The bed was comfortable. The advertising pictures were very different from the reality. Property is very tired, and in a rundown building.

Bed was comfy! Location is very convenient as there are bus stops, restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance. 1 thing tho we finished our glass bottle of water in the room but it was not refilled the next day. Probably need to request for it to be refilled.

Dirty, blanket smelly never change and wash.noisy at night, lift really smelly and dirty.i read the comments tot it is very clean hotel but totally different.super disappointed.sinking was block. Do not recommend. The wall many spider web.

Very clean. Air con was nice a a cool. The staff we were served by were friendly and helpful. We had trouble finding the place cause it is on the second floor, but I thought ground floor was the first floor. So it's the third level. 2nd floor. It's a pretty good location since it's close to a bunch of stuff. The sinks in the bathrooms of the two rooms we booked drained slowly which isn't great. Don't expect toilet paper. Expect to use the bidet or bring your own toilet paper (then again, we didn't ask for any, maybe they would have given it). Breakfast was provided in our booking, but it was just nasi lemak that was probably tapau from some place nearby. It was fine but just don't expect a buffet or anything. We booked two rooms and they gave us two rooms which had a connecting door between them which was pretty nice. Over all quite happy with the place.

Wir waren im Januar 2024 6 Tage in dieser Unterkunft im Zimmer 809 Das Hotel (gleicht eher einer Zimmervermietung) befindet sich im 2. Sock. Einen Hinweis ist weder unten am Eingang, noch im Lift zu finden. Im Zimmer war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben immer gut geschlafen. Weil es am Fenster keinen Tagvorhang gibt, kann jeder, der zur oder von der Lobby kommt ungehindert in das Zimmer schauen. Ein Nachtvorhang ist vorhanden. Zimmer und Bad sind in Ordnung. Die Dusche ist sehr gut. Den Ventilator im Bad habe ich sehr geschätzt. Eine gute Ventilation ist leider nicht selbstverständlich. Leider gibt es im Zimmer wie auch im Badezimmer fast keine Ablagen. Hier legst du fast alles auf den Boden. Uns hat am meisten gestört, dass das Angebot in den Buchungsplattform mit dem Zimmer nicht übereingestimmt hat. Gebucht hatten wir das Zimmer Premium-Studiosuite. Haartrockner ist keiner vorhanden. Blick auf die Berge? Ich habe keinen gesehen. Frühstück inklusive? Es gibt ein gutes, frisch zubereitetes Sandwiches und Kaffee und Tee. Kaffeekocher und Mineralwasser gibt es im Zimmer nicht. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung gibt es nicht. Safe ist defekt. Wurde auch nach unserer Bitte nicht repariert. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft kann ich für Kurzaufenthalte empfehlen. Für längere Aufenthalte ist sie gewöhnungsbedürftig.

便利な場所

ホテルズコムの地図に表示されている位置とは結構違います。住所打ち込んで検索かけたほうが正確です。古い複合ビルの三階にあります。エレベーターの位置が結構わかりずらいです。壊れたエスカレーターの左側にあります。トイレがびしょびしょになる構造のシャワーが苦手なのでホテルズコムの写真見ながら選んだつもりでしたが見事に便器の上に固定のシャワーがついている部屋に通されました。部屋によってはセパレートになっているようです。部屋はメゾネットのように吊りベットがあって下にソファーがありました。窓は2面についているのですが窓の外は廊下(通路)なのでカーテンを開けることはできません。せめてすりガラス等が入っているといいかなと思いました。朝食はナシレマでした。質素ですがおいしかったです。バス停やホーカー、ナイトマーケットが近くて便利でした。マレーシアのバスには時刻表がないのですがこのビルの前のバス停から空港に向かうバスの始発は6時ちょっとすぎでした。一本で空港まで行けて便利でした。

1st, place was hard to find. 2nd, you're sleeping in a shoplot converted to rooms. 3rd, tried checking in at 3pm and nobody was around. Had to call the number at the door and waited about 10 mins for someone to show up. That person felt that checking-in wasn't her job. 4th, gave us the wrong room type (had asked for a suite but gotten a duplex. Tried changing but woman who thought this wasn't her job just shrugged her shoulders. 5th, walls was paper thin. Ringing phone at the reception can be heard from all rooms. The good ... room was nice and clean. No amenities though but for the price, it is OK. Windows cannot be opened and you wouldn't want to draw the curtains down as it faces the shop-lot corridor.

Kontrastrikt hotell med mycket bra läge

Byggnaden som hotellet låg i var sliten och uppgången kuslig men det låg många restauranger och butiker i huset. Lobbyn var också lite sliten men wow, rummet var fantastiskt fint och väldigt designat. Passade definitivt inte ihop med resten av huset. Frukosten serverades på loftgången utanför där man ställde fram en spisplatta och brassade ägg vilket var väldigt charmigt. Passade heller inte ihop med rummet. Detta var en väldigt kontrastrik upplevelse. Hotellet låg mycket bra til med gångavstånd till stranden och nattmarknaden började precis utanför. Bussarna gick också där utanför. Lite negativt var att killen i lobbyn var lite nonchalant och låg i en soffa och pratade väldigt länge och högt i mobilen vilket hördes till mitt rum. Trots det skulle jag bo där igen.

Väldigt bra hotell, trevlig personal och bra plats i förhållande till strand och restauranger. Rummet är mordernt inrett och skönaste hotellsängen jag har sovit i! Lite tunna väggar men det beror ju oxå på resterande gäster på hotellet. Rekommendera detta när du vill bo på Penang!

this hotel is possibly the worst hotel i've ever stayed in...its basically in a rundown building on the 2nd floor with no checkin procedure..the escalators are rundown and not working...the rooms are so bad theres no windows...breakfast was being cooked in a dirty fry pan and how can you eat from that? i stayed one night and left...its a cheap hotel but for a few dollars more you can stay in a resort on the beach
