Ok for a night stay

If u arrived late, parking should be a problem because not enough space although the hotel has underground parking. Overall ok room and aircond in good condition. Bathroom with hot shower and spacious. Worth the price

Good service but walls too thin.

Staff is friendly and helpful. But some days house keeping forget to come clean the room and change new towels. They help for the parking which is really kind. But the walls are too thin. Kids cry and screaming 3 doors away that you can hear. Lousy parents!

Stained bedding

Dirty sheets on bed which were replaced with more dirty sheets, staff on reception were friendly but said that that's just what the bedding is like which wasn't very helpful.

The location and accessibility to food is great however bedsheet was stained and aircon not working well in my room. When we request for a change of bedsheet, instead of assisting us. We were given a new sheet expecting us to change on our own... Customer service and room cleanliness need to be improved.

Poor room condition

The staff were all very helpful. However, the room condition needs to be improved. 1. Aircond not powerful and air not cold although set to the lowest temperature 2. Water pressure at the wash basin is poor and the hot/cold water tap is set opposite the norm 3. When I checked in, there was a piece of used towel laying on the dressing table and the shower area was wet as though someone just had their shower in my room. The room was unlocked and the door was left semi open when I checked in.

Everything was good ❤️ I stay there 4 days 3 nights , Overall was really good , very friendly Receptionist, excellent room service , the person who incharge for car park also was really good attitude , so i would suggest this hotel 💕 affordable price. L’hotel si trova alle porte del centro ma per spostarsi, soprattutto la sera, è necessario usare i taxi o grab. La pulizia è carente. Appena arrivati abbiamo notato che gli asciugami erano sporchi e ne abbiamo immediatamente richiesto la sostituzione alla reception. I nuovi asciugamani ricevuti erano ancora più sporchi dei primi!! La mancata accuratezza nelle pulizie si evinceva anche dalle bottigliette di plastica vuote lasciate sopra l’armadio della stanza.

The hotel is exactly as we see in the pictures provided. The room is spacious and clean, same goes to the toilet. However, we faced flushing issues with the toilet which was rather inconvenient. The hotel kindly let us change our rooms. I also wish they had provided shampoo and shower gel and hotel slippers, but I guess given the affordability, it is understandable that none were provided. Thank you for the comfortable time!
