The hotel was excellent. Beautiful big rooms, a wonderful infinity pool, kind staff, and a shuttle service that took guests to breakfast spots in the morning. Walking distance to the main streets in Georgetown. Would stay again with no hesitation.

Reception Joshua, housekeeper shoyan and security viknish are very friendly and helped my elderly mother so readily. Service is superb in this hotel and location is ideal, convenient to anywhere you want to go in Georgetown.

The hotel was well located within the centre of Penang with a good selection of restaurants and cafés all within walking distance. The staff both at reception and also cleaning were excellent in particular a staff member who took care of my room who goes by the name of Harun was a lovely chap who could not do enough for us. We felt very welcomed throughout our day and would recommend the granite hotel to future visitors of Penang.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Definitely one of my favourites and I’ve already been spreading the word to friends and strangers. This is does NOT feel like a 3-star at all. Service is impeccable and the rooms are top notch, offering things like a pillow menu (which I happily used). Joshua at the concierge desk was phenomenal and suggested many local food places that were authentic and very tasty!

The staff helping with cehck-in was very friendly and helpful. We booked the suite room and it was special and well equipped. The sofa bed was however abit stained, but they provided additional.bedding set for used as bed.

Very friendly, efficient staff. Clean spacious room with a very comfortable bed and good quality linen. Amenities were great. Very clean room, a bit dark in the bathroom but super clean and helpful staff. The pool and the gym were great. Towels provided at pool. Shuttle in the morning to various breakfast areas. Lots of malls close by.. lol. We went to the pool every night to cool off. Bedrooms were comfortable, great sleep. Staff at reception were super helpful!

Close to malls, tourist attractions, great location for restaurants. Supermarket also close by, plus the usual 7 eleven for necessities. They have coin operated washers and dryers in site, best of all are the staff, such really nice people. Would definitely stay again. Spotlessly clean throughout our suite, nice Bed linen and towels - great experiece
