The hotel was well located within the centre of Penang with a good selection of restaurants and cafés all within walking distance. The staff both at reception and also cleaning were excellent in particular a staff member who took care of my room who goes by the name of Harun was a lovely chap who could not do enough for us. We felt very welcomed throughout our day and would recommend the granite hotel to future visitors of Penang.

The staff helping with cehck-in was very friendly and helpful. We booked the suite room and it was special and well equipped. The sofa bed was however abit stained, but they provided additional.bedding set for used as bed.

Very clean room, a bit dark in the bathroom but super clean and helpful staff. The pool and the gym were great. Towels provided at pool. Shuttle in the morning to various breakfast areas. Lots of malls close by.. lol. We went to the pool every night to cool off. Bedrooms were comfortable, great sleep. Staff at reception were super helpful!

They have coin operated washers and dryers in site, best of all are the staff, such really nice people. Would definitely stay again. Gorgeous hotel and beautiful room for a very good price. Prob the best hotel on our Malaysian travels. Amazing rooftop swimming pool (with crazy see through bottom) and rooftop bar with stunning views. Downside was no breakfast available at hotel but they offered a free morning bus service into town and suggested food places for breakfast. 5 stars and would definitely recommend xx
