Outstanding service, location and pool. No buildings blocking the pool so you get sunshine and a beautiful view. Luxurious room: carpet, separate tap for drinking water, mini fridge with drinks included and replenished daily. I highly recommended this hotel. Fahmi and Sunil were always in the lobby to help and welcome us.

We thoroughly enjoyed a beautuful room and pool with a great view of the strait for for six nights. Our comfortable king bed, decor, safe drinking water and complementary drinks were much appreciated. We also appreciated the friendly manner and sensible advice from the staff at the lobby counter. Finally, our big thank you to the room housekeeping staff.

Very clean hotel. Enjoyed the cold drinks in the fridge- nice touch. Gave us a late check out. The pool area is nice however some tiles fell off, might need a little upkeep.

Awesome stay with aweome staff

Had a great stay in penang, the gotel staf at all level was fantastic. Very nice and friendly and also very helpful. Richel and Ahmaf at the front desk were especially great in helping with anything needed. Hotel was clean, food was great, accomadoatiins were nice and location was perfect.my wife and i reqlly enjoyed our stay here.

All the staff were friendly and always putting up a smile. The security always assisted in opening the doors, even car doors! They have upgraded my stay and I was glad as it was a birthday trip for me. The room was clean and spotless, love everything about it. When I had grabfood delivered, receptionist even called to inform. Had a wonderful and great stay, most definitely will come again. P.S: I had left my neck pillow in the room, but i was already in the airport when i realised it. When i contacted the hotel via Expedia, their response was fast, and managed to arrange for it to be delivered it back home. Another thumbs up!

The room is clean, The staffs are very friendly and helpful. room aircon is centralized. We cannot set the temperature and it is very cold in the night when sleeping as the blanket is quite thin. We need to wear extra clothing to sleep.

Great location, loved the ambiance of the place. Quite an interesting concept (it's designed after a movie of the same name). Staff were overall helpful. The beds and pillows and linens were sooooo comfortable. Very clean hotel.

One of our favourite hotel

The location is so so good! Walkable to various places and less crowded surrounding. The room is clean when check in with various complimentary amenities (coffee and tea, snack, etc) available. Staff service is excellent too! The room is quite “open”, not really suitable for family or friends though.

Lovely hotel. I found the staff to be very professional and courteous. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area, although not huge, was a great place to cool off. The hotel is close to dining areas like Little India and the Jetty area.

This is a relatively new hotel, so everything was fresh and new. The staff were excellent and the breakfast in the Glasshouse was very good. Great location near Weld Quay and the room was very bright and spacious. I will gladly return.

Overall it was a nice stay, except for the late checkin which is expected to be 3pm but delayed, however it provided welcome drink and some snacks at a nice place so it still be okay. Room was really nice, totally enjoyed about it.
