"When we booked the hotel they said dog friendly. But when we got there they changed to no dogs even service animals. They should have informed us sooner than when we got there. Four and a have hour drive. We say in there old hotel but not worth what we paid. And no breakfast because of our dog. Should have honored the booking. Friendly staff tried to help us as much they could. But owners were very rude and not willing to live up to brooking. Would not recommend to stay there again unless they change their attitude. Have stayed there before this time was real bad. The room was old and not handicapped friendly. The refrigerator didn’t work. Not a good experience "

"The living room was well equipped with plenty of comfortable seating. The views from the property are nice. The kitchen is well equipped.Unfortunately, the freezer in the bottom of the refrigerator was frozen shut with significant ice build-up, and there were literally thousands of dead flies in all of the window sills, window tracks, and bathroom tubs/showers. Most had clearly been there for some time. I vacuumed them all up, and we had no additional flies to take care of during our stay.It’s a wonderful property and great location, but the cleaning service should have done a quick once-through before we arrived."
