"First room I was assigned hadn’t been cleaned and needed renovation. The second room I was assigned (119) had a huge urine puddle with a wet hand towel soaked in it. The whole room reeked of urine. Was told I could either take that room or get a refund. I had no place else to go so I stayed and cleaned it myself. One of the most disgusting experiences of my life"

Breakfast each morning was a bright spot, thanks to the gracious and attentive team who kept the space immaculate and the food fresh and plentiful. The breakfast/lounge area could use a touch of TLC, especially the chairs, but the warmth of the staff more than made up for it.

"It was pretty cool that we could walk to the mall, there is a club at the roof of the hotel, and had 5 church all you can eat brunch! Staff was great. One of the valet guys was pretty rude. Other than that, nice and clean and the bed was so comfy!"
