"Clean room, friendly staff, spacious room, great amenities"

"The hotel was good. The room given had a connector door. We asked if we could change, but were told the hotel was sold out. The front desk did allow late checkin . We had booked the room with 2 breakfast , however we had to pay for our kids . The hotel charged us for 4 breakfast instead of 2 , which I had to request to rectify. Parking charges are extra. The hotel staff were helpful ,respectful and responsive. We just had a one night stay "

"Overall, the room was very nice and seemed very clean. We did have one hiccup when we did try to leave the Parkade with The exit ticket they gave wasn’t working so we had to go back in. Sounded like it was an issue from the night before that everyone was having. The person at the desk did resolve this issue. Also, I had sent a message for a hopeful early check-in. Unfortunately, the message was not answered and we did not get a very early check-in as requested however, still sooner than the listed 4 PM. Overall, however, this did not ruin our trip and we would definitely stay there again."
