Take full advantage of this charming detached house with a sauna and south-facing terrace, designed to comfortably accommodate up to four people. Located just a few minutes from Gérardmer town center and a 5-minute drive from the lake, this rental combines modernity, well-being, and a privileged natural setting in the heart of the Vosges Mountains.

This house offers a functional and welcoming living space, ideal for relaxing stays with family or friends. The private sauna invites you to total relaxation, perfect for relieving tension after an active day in the mountains. The sunny, south-facing terrace is a pleasant outdoor space for dining, soaking up the sun, or simply relaxing while admiring the surrounding landscape.

Nestled in a peaceful and green setting, this accommodation is an ideal starting point for exploring the region's many facets. Nearby, Lake Gérardmer offers a multitude of water sports and leisure activities, while the Vosges Mountains offer hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and snowshoeing trails during the winter. The surrounding ski resorts also offer downhill and cross-country skiing in exceptional surroundings.

The region also boasts a wealth of cultural and artisanal treasures. This detached house with a sauna and south-facing terrace guarantees a stay combining refined comfort, well-being, and immersion in the Vosges nature. Whether you're looking for relaxation, outdoor activities, or cultural discoveries, this accommodation is the perfect base for a memorable and authentic vacation in the heart of the Vosges. On level 1: Large, very bright living room opening onto a large south-facing terrace: sofas, garden furniture, TV, wood-burning stove, reading material, games, etc.
Fully equipped kitchen: appliances and dishes. On level -1: two large bedrooms: the orange room with its queen-size bed, private bathroom, and TV; the blue room with a choice of a double bed or two single beds, TV, and a large bathroom.
On level +1: a small attic sleeping area for children's enjoyment. This is not included in the capacity due to the low ceiling and floor beds. NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS. TV, DVD.

Pets are welcome, provided hygiene regulations are observed (they must not sleep on beds or sofas): €20 per pet for the stay.

Heating not included, to be paid according to consumption at the end of the stay.

End-of-stay cleaning is €100, payable on site to the owners.
You will be welcomed by Virginie or Nicolas, depending on availability.
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and check-out is between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

Optional services to be paid for on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
- Pets: €20.00 per stay
