"Place needs a slight renovation. The elevators is slow and doesn’t seem to work half the time. When I was there, there was no hot water for hours. The breakfast is okay. They can definitely upgrade the TV programming as well. The staff wasn’t rude but not very attentive either."

"The building is under renovation and a mess. The rooms are okay. But the bathtub and bathroom are old and worn down. What was worst was on a Sunday morning at 7 a.m. you could hear the housekeeping staff talk outside in the hallway and slam doors. The sound carries inside the room as the doors and walls are paper thin. I will never stay there again."

"The room was disgusting. It smelled like a dirty gym locker. The bathroom smelled awful like leaking sewage and the shower was not clean with red mold stains everywhere and peeling caulking on all the seams. We didn’t even try to shower. The toilet actually had a slow leak at the back turn off valve that was corroded and the seams of the floor to the walls had a 1/2 inch gap from the molding. The whole room was absolutely gross and unsanitary. The only redeeming quality was the warmth of Kelley at the breakfast buffet, she was lovely and made the breakfast look beautiful. Will not stay again."

"Amazing stay. Nothing but praise from check in to departure. Staff are friendly and courteous and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Room was wonderful, rustic with great decor. The restaurant food was to die for (probably why reservations are recommended) and worthy of a Michelin star!! We stayed for one night but we will be returning."

"We stay here atleast twice a year for 2-3 days at a time for the last 4 years. It is usually a good value for the stay. Unfortunately im disappointed with my last visit. I always request to not spray any chemicals or cleaners in the room prior to our stay. When we got to our room they must of sprayed carpet powder in the room and throughout the whole building. It was so over powering and vey unaccommodating. It was so bad I heard other visitors complaining. It was in our throats and nose for days. The 2nd issue the morning of our check out the cleaning person thinks we left and just comes in the room, not once but twice! Unfortunately I will have to find another place to stay, the value was the reason we stayed there but prices have really jumped for a 2 night stay there."
