A few things we didn't like: Loud music is playing in the hallways all day until late at night and we could hear it in the room. We were given a smoking room without being asked if it's ok with us. They took our IDs when checking in and said they'd send them to our room after they scanned them but they never did. If I didn't ask for them when we were checking out, we'd never get them back. Otherwise the room was not bad, ok for a night

Most rooms have no view at all. Bathroom was not very clean (e.g. dirty towel). Door does not close fully, so a lot of sounds penetrating from the hall/corridor. Humming noise all day (not the airco) from above ceiling. Breakfast was very simple, lot of heavy cooked food but not much healthy.

الاستقبال سيئ ، الانتظار لتسليم الغرفة ساعة ونصف ، لم استلم الغرفة التي حجزتها ، تم تسليمي غرفة اصغر وهي ليست كالتي فالصور ، طلبت سرير اضافي ، وهو مجاني كما هو في الموقع ، اعطوني ماترس فقط، كذلك اخبرني ان حجزي دون افطار ، اظهرت له الحجز ، قال ليس هناك مشكلة سوف اعطيك افطار ، هذا الاسلوب ليس راقي ، لانه لا يتصدق علينا بالافطار ، الافطار جداً متواضع ، الفندق ليس به مصعد ، وهو عبارة عن ارضي واول .

Family Hotel for a good price

Clean hotel with a nice pool area and children's playground. Overall feel is nice. However, our room was small and only had a window in the bathroom. If we had stayed for more than 1 night, I would have asked to change. Food in the restaurant was overpriced and not great. Service was ok but a bit slow.

Stay for business trip

The price is a bit expensive but there are only three hotels in Ruwais area. (Demand and supply). Room was clean and organized well but it was not that big enough. Overall it can be a good place as alternative solution when other hotels are full.

فندق على الطريق الدولي وبالدخول لمسافة ٢١ كم الى مدينة غياثي يقع الفندق مريح وهادئ بوفية افطار وغداء ممتاز طاقم جميل ومتعاون إنترنت قوي جدا.. وبجانبه محطة ادنوك كذلك بها بقالة ومطعم وخدمات نفطية وللسيارة ممتازين للعابرين
