Every single person—from the doorman to the restaurant team—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile every time, and it creates such a positive atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I want to highlight Reda, one of the waiters. He was incredibly professional, warm, and clearly passionate about what he does. His service elevated the whole experience. Another moment that really touched me was seeing Reda help an elderly man with a disability stand up from his seat. He did it with such care, patience, and respect, making sure the gentleman was steady before letting go. It was a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the heart and culture of this hotel. Overall, I’m just happy I stayed here and witnessed this level of kindness and professionalism."

"I visited during the AFCON 2025 tournament in January, and interestingly, this was the same hotel the Super Eagles of Nigeria stayed in—they had checked out just a few hours before I arrived. The exterior of the hotel was a bit misleading at first; the frontage was quite busy with parked cars and taxis. However, once inside, the atmosphere changed completely. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, though it occasionally felt a little chilly. The pool area looked fantastic, but the weather was too cold to enjoy it. Breakfast was outstanding—truly one of the best I’ve had in recent times, both in quality and variety. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is a major plus. It sits right next to a mall, making it extremely convenient with plenty of dining options just steps away. It’s also within walking distance of many places, which made getting around very easy. It definitely looked like a good pick for a resort type experience when the weather (temperature) allows for it. In my time there, it was a bit quiet in the common areas due to the chilly temperature. "
