10/10 Excellent
"Our two bedroom room was in great condition I'm very clean. Breakfast was excellent for a value hotel and we would recommend it to anyone. A terrific value"
"Besides being under construction on the road next to the hotel, this day was really really nice. The room was clean. The vanity was awesome. No garbage in the garbage is the fridge was cleaned out. The microwave was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a good night stay."
"I will start with the positive first! I got this place for my husband and co-worker to stay at while they worked in Great Falls. The house was adequate enough for them to have a clean place to stay for the week. The negative.... first off learned a lesson on contacting the host before booking a place to see how well they communicate before spending lots of money! When I booked this I received no communication on how to enter the property. I messaged the host several times, was able to get a phone number (didn't seem local to GF) from VRBO and left a message, tried contacting VRBO customer service and finally got a message Monday not answering any of my questions (check in was Sunday). I then received a phone call from a local number a few days later and the property managers were a bit accusatory till I told them where I found the code then they were nice. The code was publicly displayed elsewhere so security was a big issue. They did send over a repair man a few days later on the last night they were there to have the code changed. The repair man thought they were renting the place long term so hopefully the next guest will be given the code a bit sooner! There were no check out instructions so my husband and his co-worker did the best they thought for check out and took photos to cover ourselves. Never heard any more communication from the property managers. House would have gotten at least a 4 star rating but lack of communication and lots of worrying took 2 stars away."
