Apartment 'Villa mit Pool'

Our accommodation, opened in 2018 and surrounded by nature, offers you an unforgettable holiday with a wonderful view of Mount Etna. It’s the perfect choice for those who wish to avoid the crowded beaches of Fondachello: This ground-floor apartment in a villa with a pool allows you to relax and enjoy the pleasant climate.



The pool is available to you from April to October. The owners live on the second floor of the villa; your privacy is always respected, but we are happy to assist you at any time with requests or questions.



The apartment features a living kitchen with panoramic views, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers. Some areas of the apartment receive less daylight as some windows face the rear of the house. Amenities include a barbecue, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, towels, hairdryer, bed linen, flat-screen TV, and radio. The location is ideal: about 32 km to Taormina, 42 km to Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, and 29 km to Etna North, Piano Provenzana (1810 m).



A baby cot and high chair are available on request. An airport transfer can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and for an extra charge.



The electrical system has a limited capacity (3 kW): Therefore, the air conditioning operates at set times and not continuously, to avoid power outages. Please avoid using the air conditioning, washing machine, and unnecessary lighting at the same time.
