Hilton Honors text concierge was pretty unresponsive for most of the stay. Wife was very disappointed and stated we won't be staying at Hilton DoubleTree properties in the future."

Called back the next day and was told the same thing. Obviously they kept it. Whoever cleaned my room after I departed took it and nothing was done about it. Not honest people!"
