- Restored 1821 Cape Cod farmhouse with modern kitchen/family room addition just 1.1 miles from Gunstock ski (and year round) resort, 15 minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire's beautiful lakes region.
Antique living and dining rooms, each with a gas fireplace downstairs, plus kitchen and small family room with casual dining space and adjacent spacious bedroom (with King size bed adjustable to 2 twins), large window seat on the lake/mountain view and bath with sunken tub and skylight. Two additional bedrooms (one queen, one full/double) upstairs with additional bath. Living room sofa is queen sofa bed.
