The picture shown is a bit deceiving. I found myself trying to figure out where it was taken in the lobby, didn't really look like this. They charge $22 per pet, per night, and supply NOTHING. They don't even have bags for you to pick up after your pet, which we always do. Fortunately we had our own. One of the person minding the desk was not good with English, and I couldn't understand him. We were required to pay when we arrived, and the total was not correct. Supposedly he corrected it before it went though on our credit card. When I asked for a receipt upon checking out, it took awhile but I got one. It looked like we had a balance owing of $1.99, which made no sense because we paid when we checked in. He didn't know what it was for, then thought they owed us. Completely clueless. Never again. No protein for breakfast other than sweet vanilla yogurt, if that counts.
