A great place, very much worth every single penny. Great staff, great service, reasonable prices, clean. Everything you need. We also enjoyed th dinner at the restaurant.

Generally a very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and tasty food. A big plus is the coffee machine in the hallway with access for a fresh coffee or tea at any hour. The kids playroom is also nice for the families with children. The rooms were quite small, we expected a little bit more space, and we could have used a mini fridge in room.

Great staff but tired hotel

Overall adequate. Brilliant staff, tired building. Superb bathroom (clearly newly renovated), but room seemed a bit old, as does the general feel of the hotel. Evening meal was excellent, breakfast was just adequate. Overall a great place to stay s it's close to Anderstorp raceway, but very expensive for what it is.

We chose this hotel because there were no available cottages at Isaberg for the weekend when we traveled. There aren’t many alternatives in the area. The room was modern and clean. The two-level bed is not very practical, but I knew about this configuration beforehand. The staff is friendly, and they even called me when I booked to inform me that there would be a celebration in the city that night, so it might be noisy. The breakfast is mediocre: the scrambled eggs were dry, the bacon didn't taste good, the cold cuts were cheap, and there was a poor choice of cereals. An okay hotel, but next time I would rather choose a cottage at Isaberg to be closer to the beautiful nature of the region.

Classic Swedish city hotel next to the main square in Gislaved. Stayed for 4 nights to go skiing at the nearby Isaberg ski resort. Generally the hotel have what you can expect from a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was good and varied and they had several allergi alternatives, but younger staff need more training in running a customer focused breakfast buffet, e.g the buffet ran out of several thing on all days, so guest had to wait, e.g they were out og bread for more than 30 min. They also opened door to the outside for a very long time, where there was -15 C• sending a very cold breeze through the restaurant and made some people leave. The evening menu had few alternatives so it was not interesting enough to eat there for 4 night. Again the younger staff did not have attention to customers. Several customers had to wait for a long time while staff was unaware an just talking in the kitchen, e.g. also shared cold coffee after dinner.

All the staff were super. Ate Breakfast, Lunch and Tea there and was very impressed. Receptionist stayed up late to welcome me and remembered my name which was a lovely personal touch - would stay again any time!

Great stay as always. The breakfast is being downgraded a lot with cold eggs and a horrible "scrambled eggs" mixture. Otherwise, clean, helpful personel and close to everything.

Vi hade silverfiskar på vårt hotellrum, flertalet väldigt stora. Dessa gjorde att vi inte kunde sova en god natts sömn utan att tänka på dessa. Vi sov med lampan tänd. Hade sett fram emot hotellfrukosten men väldigt begränsat utbud med grönsaker som såg ut som de legat framme i timmar trots att vi kom 30 minuter efter frukosten öppnat. Hade velat framföra min feedback när vi checkade ut i receptionen men då var den obemannad trots att de var under tider då den skulle varit bemannad. I och med att vi checkade in sent såg vi alltså inte en enda från personalen där under vår vistelse.
