    110 sqm apartment on the 4th floor with lift access — no steps, no barriers. Panoramic sea views.
    Private garage included in the price — in August, parking in this area costs as much as a night's stay.
    In 2024 the entire building was refurbished: thermal insulation, new double-glazed windows and a reinforced entrance door. Inside the apartment, the kitchen and balcony floors were replaced and the boiler was upgraded to current safety standards — the flat stays cool in summer, quiet and secure.
    3 bedrooms, fully equipped independent kitchen, air conditioning in the double bedroom and in the dining room, Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 8. Beach 100 metres away. Public playground right in front of the building. Seafront promenade and benches steps away. Pharmacy and Red Cross nearby — everything you need for a relaxed, worry-free holiday.
