Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds unmade, but do not have to strip them.
Start a load of white towels, but do not mix the black make up towels within.
Remove all trash from bathrooms, loft, kitchen, living room and place in outside bin in the driveway
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please turn both gas fireplaces off when sleeping or leaving the house.
Downstairs garage and door should remain locked and unavailable to guests. Lawn equipment and Neighborhood docks are also private property.
