"We went for a concert and was a great spot to State Farm stadium! The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool as well with the perfect weather. "

"The listing said breakfast provided. I expect a full on breakfast, including cooked eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, and those devilish waffle makers. This Hilton had a nice layout, with muffins, toast, fruit, cereals, and drinks, but not the full breakfast I expected from a Hilton. Sadly this was the second time in the past several months the listing said breakfast provided, but it was really a Continental breakfast inviting you to go down the street to get a real breakfast. For the $$ I paid, I expected a full breakfast, but didn't get it. Disappointed to say the least."

"The house was great for my family's vacation. Beds were very comfortable, pool was great and yard was beautiful. Convenient location to Phoenix for the airport commute and ballgames and basketball games. Spacious rooms, had a great stay."

"AMAZING property!! This house has so many amenities! We stayed here with our four kids (teens and tweens) and here is just a quick snapshot of what they did during the week at the rental alone: fishing, star gazing, swimming, biking, exploring the neighborhood, family game nights, used the hot tub, watched 3D movies and played pinball! This house is close to the highway for easy access for day trips to Sedona/Grand Canyon, but nestled away where you can enjoy peace and quiet or a morning watching the wildlife on the backyard. Virginia and Joe are amazing hosts and this is by far our most favorite spring break yet. Thank you for all of the starter items too - it was truly a “dream” from a mom’s point of view! "

"The house was great! We really enjoyed laying by the pool and being by the lake. Took the paddle boat out for a spin and fished off the dock. Often couldn’t believe we were in Arizona when we were there, it felt too tropical. The location was really convenient. Would stay there again for sure. The host was very responsive when we had a question."

"The home was clean inside and beds were comfortable. We loved the location, the quiet neighborhood and the game room and pool were a big hit with our kids! But like other reviewers mentioned, this home could really use some updates and minor repairs. The inside (and outside) carpet definitely needs to be replaced, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes super well (we also found several in the cupboards that were put away dirty), and some brighter lights in the kitchen area would be very helpful. We kept away from the dock based on earlier reviews and as the condition did look a bit rough. The pool was wonderful and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The one downside is that you not allowed to ever remove the pool vacuum so it was a bit annoying to have to swim with the vacuum. Overall, it was a nice home and we enjoyed our stay."

"This place was perfect ! It was just as advertised, a perfect house !! The back yard was perfect for our family to get together with the pool, hot tub, tv, several different seating areas ! We really enjoyed taking a couple of pontoon boat rides ! The pool table was a nice bonus feature ! I could go on and on .... Made for a wonderful vacation ! "

"We stayed with two families for spring break, kids ranged from 9 to 18 years old. Plenty of space, well kept, easy check in and check out. Pool and hot tub were great, patio seating and music a plus. The fishing was an added bonus! 3rd cast in, they caught an 8 or 9 lb bass, followed by 4 or 5 10 lb catfish! Thank you for the memories!"
