"We needed to stay one night to rest during a road trip. It was close to midnight the front desk was available and friendly. When we got to the room we were greeted with a 3 dead cockroachs. This was definitely a turnoff. But glad they were dead. "

Bad: Facility could be cleaner. Our room’s garment hanger was falling off the wall. Room was quite dark. Carpets did not seem clean. No rack to open luggage. Water was super soft, which made it impossible to feel like soap was being rinsed off. And the facility has a smell. "
